Professional Indemnity Insurance
We maintain compulsory professional indemnity insurance for £3,000,000 with Travelers Insurance Company Limited and whose registered office is One Creechurch Place, Creechurch Lane, London, EC3A 5AF. This insurance covers all our practice which is carried on in England & Wales and given by HKKLAW Limited.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about the service we have provided for you then please do let us know. We will try to resolve any problem quickly and operate an internal complaint handling procedure to help us to do this. Should you exhaust our complaints policy and remain dissatisfied then you have the right to complaint the Legal Ombudsman at www.legalombudsman.org.uk to consider the complaint. Normally, you will need to bring a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman within six months of receiving a final written response from the Firm about your complaint or within one year of the act or omission about which you are complaining occurring.
